Built from our 4-layer reinforced silicone with an oil-resistant inner lining and precision aluminum connectors, the system is designed to withstand high temperatures, boost pressure, and repeated performance driving.

Why the Intake Boxes Have Additional Openings The small supplemental openings in the Project Gamma intake-box tops are intentional and are not designed to replace the factory cold-air ducts.

At very low speeds—especially from a standstill—the factory side ducts have little ram-air effect. The additional openings reduce compressor-side inlet restriction during this short period, helping the turbos respond and build boost more quickly.

This is especially noticeable during:

• Acceleration from a standstill

• Low-speed throttle input

• City driving

• Rolling acceleration

• Acceleration without launch control

Once vehicle speed increases, the McLaren’s large factory side ducts supply substantial cool outside airflow and become the primary air source. The supplemental openings represent only a small portion of total airflow, so the system continues to benefit from the factory cold-air ducting at cruising and higher speeds.

For this reason, describing the system simply as a “hot-air intake” does not accurately represent how the complete system functions.

The redesigned intake boxes and silicone tubes also make the McLaren’s turbo system significantly more audible. Improved OEM Intake Design The factory McLaren airboxes use paper filter elements and foam components that can deteriorate as these cars age. We have seen older intake materials break down, potentially causing additional restriction, contamination, degraded airflow, and reduced filtration performance.

The Project Gamma system redesigns this area to improve airflow while eliminating unnecessary restriction associated with aging OEM components.

Rated for Applications Up To 1800+ Horsepower This clutch basket is precision-machined from high-strength 4340 alloy steel, a material commonly used in motorsport and aerospace applications for its excellent toughness, fatigue resistance, and ability to handle heavy shock loads. The nickel-chromium-molybdenum composition of 4340 steel helps resist cracking and material fatigue under high torque and high-RPM conditions often seen in high-power Lamborghini Huracán builds.

The basket is fully heat treated and nitrided to improve both surface durability and core strength. This process creates a hardened, wear-resistant outer layer while keeping the core tough and ductile, helping prevent brittle failure during aggressive clutch engagement and high torque spikes.

To handle jerk loading, spline hammering, and long-term wear, this optimized material and heat-treatment combination reduces spline deformation, micro-pitting, and fretting. The result is consistent clutch engagement, stable spline geometry, and reliable performance even in demanding high-horsepower and motorsport environments.

This clutch uses an upgraded 10 large / 10 small friction disc configuration (10x10 plate). Compared to common 8/8 setups, the additional friction plates increase torque capacity, improve heat distribution, and provide more consistent engagement under heavy load.

The Mercedes 725 9G transmission is a strong unit from the factory—but once torque levels push past the mid-700 Nm, the stock frictions and limited plate counts begin to slip, especially under repeated high-load, high-temperature conditions.

Installation & Coding Notes

• The kit requires coding updates inside the vehicle to recognize the replacement of the lithium battery with an AGM type.

• Use a 92Ah AGM battery as recommended — using other capacities may cause system issues.

• During installation, connect the included OBD dongle after replacing the battery; it will automatically correct the vehicle configuration.

• Once completed, the dongle can be removed.

• To revert back to the lithium setup, a diagnostic tool is required (the dongle cannot reverse the change).

We present you the most OEM compatible twin turbo kit for the Lamborghini Huracan. This kit is stage 1 and requires no cutting, no drilling, and no clamping.

All water connections feature quick connectors for simple installation and OEM look. The coolant hose system is designed and molded in 1 piece requiring no extra connections. The coolant pumps will be driven by the stock ECU with IAT density.

Over 600 hours have been spent designing and developing this kit using 3D scanning technology, precision engineering, and strenuous road testing.

The entire exhaust system features heat shielding packed with ceramic fiber cloth to prevent high engine temperatures and eliminate the risk of fire.

The design principle of this kit follows that of the OEM specifications which allows the kit to flow aesthetically with the rest of the vehicle.

The crates will be sent out with everything clocked and clamped in position to eliminate fitment issues from 3rd party installers.

The system will be running @compturbo 6265 air-cooled turbos.
