Photo and Video Policy:

By purchasing our products, you agree to our photo and video policy. This policy states that any images or videos you upload publicly while using our products may be used by our team at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to images or videos posted on social media, images or videos posted on our website, or images or videos sent to us directly.

We reserve the right to use these images and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, and social media content. We may also use these images and videos in any other way that we see fit.

Our company shall have the right to broadcast, display, license, assign or use any images or videos you upload on a royalty-free basis without additional compensation payable to you.

Please note that if you do not wish for your images or videos to be used in this way, you should not upload them publicly while using our products. If you have any questions or concerns about our photo and video policy, please get in touch with us before making a purchase.

Shipping and Returns Policy:

Order Processing and Shipping:

All returns has to be unoppenned and returned latest in 7 business days after the delivery date. 

- When will my order ship?

If your selected product is in stock, and your order is placed before 3 pm, it will be shipped the same day.
Orders for products with ceramic coating will be shipped the following business day.

- Out-of-Stock Items:

If the desired product or color is not in stock, you can join the waitlist by clicking the "email when available" button under the "out of stock" label.
We will notify you via email as soon as the product becomes available and provide an estimated restocking time.

- Custom Orders:

For custom orders, please email us with your request.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery time based on the special manufacturing requirements.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:

If your product arrives damaged, incorrect or is missing parts, please email us a picture along with your order number.
You will be eligible for a refund or exchange, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Product Satisfaction and Returns:

Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price may be applied to returned products. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund minus the 20% restocking fee if applicable.

- Unused and Uninstalled Products:

You can request a refund, exchange, or store credit if the product is unused and uninstalled.

- Used or Installed Products:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credit for used or installed products.

- Change of Preference after Installation:

Once a product has been used or installed on your vehicle, it does not qualify for a return or refund.

Refund Policy for Pre-Sale Purchases:

Products purchased before a sale event are non-refundable, with the understanding that refunds are in reference to the purpose of rebuying under the sale price. We do not offer refunds for purchases made prior to the start of a sale. If a product is purchased from us before it is included in a sale, we are unable to offer a refund for that purchase. Additionally, we do not refund the price difference between a sale item and its regular price.


International Orders:

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs clearance and any associated costs, including duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
Please be aware of your country's specific customs regulations and fees before placing an international order.
