Order Processing and Shipping

When will my order ship?

If your selected product is in stock and your order is placed before 3:00 PM, it will ship the same day.

Orders for products with ceramic coating will ship the following business day.

Out-of-Stock Items

If the desired product or color is not in stock, you can join the waitlist by clicking the “Email When Available” button under the “Out of Stock” label.

We will notify you by email as soon as the product becomes available and provide an estimated restocking time.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, please email us with your request. We will provide an estimated delivery time based on the special manufacturing requirements.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, please email us photos along with your order number.

You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Product Satisfaction and Returns

All returns must be approved by Project Gamma before being shipped back.

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • In new condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Unopened when applicable

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

After 30 days from the delivery date, we do not accept returns for any reason, even if the item is brand new, unopened, unused, or never installed.

All approved returns must be shipped back within 7 business days after return approval.


Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returned products. This fee covers the cost of processing the return, inspection, and restocking the item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund minus the 20% restocking fee if applicable.


Unused and Uninstalled Products

You may request a refund, exchange, or store credit if the product is unused, uninstalled, and returned within the approved return window.

The product must be in new, resellable condition.


Used or Installed Products

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for used or installed products.

Once a product has been installed on a vehicle, used, test-fitted in a way that affects condition, damaged, modified, or altered, it does not qualify for return or refund.


Change of Preference After Installation

Once a product has been used or installed on your vehicle, it does not qualify for a return, refund, exchange, or store credit due to change of preference.


Refund Policy for Pre-Sale Purchases

Products purchased before a sale event are non-refundable for the purpose of repurchasing the same item at the sale price.

We do not offer refunds for purchases made prior to the start of a sale. If a product is purchased before it is included in a sale, we are unable to refund that purchase or refund the price difference between the original purchase price and the sale price.

International Orders:

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs clearance and any associated costs, including duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
Please be aware of your country's specific customs regulations and fees before placing an international order.

International shipping times may vary due to customs processing. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding potential delays.
