- When will my order ship?

If your selected product is in stock, and your order is placed before 3 pm, it will be shipped the same day.
Orders for products with ceramic coating will be shipped the following business day.

- Out-of-Stock Items:

If the desired product or color is not in stock, you can join the waitlist by clicking the "email when available" button under the "out of stock" label.
We will notify you via email as soon as the product becomes available and provide an estimated restocking time.

- Custom Orders:

For custom orders, please email us with your request.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery time based on the special manufacturing requirements.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:

- Issues with Received Products:

If your product arrives damaged, incorrect or is missing parts, please email us a picture along with your order number.
You will be eligible for a refund or exchange, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.
