Description
This kit provides a complete solution for converting your vehicle’s factory lithium 12V battery to a standard AGM 92Ah battery.
Designed for compatible Bentley Bentayga, Lamborghini Urus, Porsche Cayenne (9Y), and Porsche 911 (992) models, the conversion kit allows the vehicle's battery configuration to be updated for AGM operation.
When installed and configured correctly, the system allows the vehicle to recognize the AGM battery configuration without battery-related warning messages or compatibility issues.
Installation & Coding Notes
- The vehicle configuration must be updated to recognize the replacement of the factory lithium battery with an AGM battery.
- Use a 92Ah AGM battery as recommended. Using an incorrect battery type or capacity may cause charging or electrical system issues.
- The supplied OBD coding device is used after the physical battery conversion is completed.
- Once the coding procedure is finished, the OBD device can be removed.
- If you later want to convert the vehicle back to the original lithium battery configuration, a compatible diagnostic/coding tool will be required. The supplied OBD device does not reverse the conversion.
Installation Instructions

Remove the original lithium battery from the vehicle.

Remove the original negative battery cable/wire.
- The negative cable is secured using a 13 mm fastener.

Install the new negative cable/wire supplied with the conversion kit.

Install the new AGM battery.
- Use the recommended 92Ah H8-size AGM battery.
- Connect the red wire to the positive (+) battery terminal.
- Connect the battery sensor to the new negative (-) cable/wire.
- Verify that all battery terminals, wiring connections, and sensors are securely installed.
- Plug the supplied OBD coding device into the vehicle's OBD port.
- Turn the vehicle's ignition ON without starting the engine.
- Leave the ignition ON with the OBD device connected for approximately 5 minutes to allow the coding/configuration process to complete.
- Turn the ignition OFF and remove the OBD device.

Restart the vehicle and verify that the battery/electrical system is operating normally and that no battery-related warning messages are displayed.
Important: Installation should be performed by someone familiar with automotive electrical systems. Always verify correct battery polarity before connecting the terminals. Incorrect installation or reversed polarity can damage vehicle electronics.

If it’s in stock and the order is placed before 3pm, it ships the same day. If you ordered a product with ceramic coating, it will ship the following business day.

What if I submitted a custom order?
If you are making a custom order, email us to submit your request and we will give you an estimated delivery time based on the special manufacturing time.
What if my product arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing parts?
If you received the incorrect product or color, missing parts, or the item is defective, email us a picture with your order number and you will receive a refund or exchange. Contact us at info@shopprojectgamma.com and we will work with you to make it right.
What if I’m not satisfied with the product?
If the product is unused and uninstalled, we can offer you a refund, exchange, or store credit. If the product was used or installed on your vehicle, we unfortunately cannot offer any refund, exchanges, or credit.
What if I installed my products and then I decide I don’t like them?

A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price may be applied to returned products. This fee covers the costs associated with processing the return and restocking the item if applicable. Please refer to our policies page for more info regarding all exchanges and returns.
